1. Definitions
- •Service: LuxPark SaaS platform for parking management
- •User: Any individual or organization using the Service
- •Account: User's registered account on the Service
- •Booking: Parking reservation made through the Service
2. Account Terms
- •You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- •You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- •You agree to provide accurate and complete information
- •You are liable for all activities under your account
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- •Engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activities
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- •Interfere with the Service's operation or security
- •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
4. Service Level & Availability
LuxPark aims to maintain 99.5% uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary outages, maintenance, or force majeure events. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with 30 days' notice.
5. Billing & Cancellation
- •Fees are billed monthly in advance
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time
- •No refunds for partial months
- •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Luxembourg law:
- •LuxPark is provided "as is" without warranties
- •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- •Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
- •We are not liable for third-party services (Clerk, Convex, Stripe)
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy and then deleted after 90 days.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg (Loi du 14 août 2000 sur le commerce électronique). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Luxembourg.
